Malicious links appeared on Facebook. They redirect users to the site with a warning about the infection with dangerous software. For help, false technical support asks to pay a fee. This was reported by the cybersecurity company Malwarebytes.

To solve the problem, users who come to such a site are encouraged to call “technical support”. On the phone, pseudo-employees are asked to pay a fee for removing the software.

Malwarebytes has identified 50 different fake links. Some of them can be distributed through Facebook games.

The experts noticed that the links change regularly to avoid being blacklisted.
